Palace On Wheels:
It was introduced to increase tourism in Rajasthan and has been counted amongst the top trains in India. It was renovated and revamped in 2009 with a brand new cuisine, travel route and décor. The concept and theme of the train has been derived from the personal railway coaches of the Rajputanas, Mughal, Nizams and British.
Each coach has four cabins consisting of satellite television, twin beds, air conditioner, wall to wall carpeting, intercom, channel music, personal attendants, and attached toilets with hot and cold water.
The Golden Chariot:
The Golden Chariot is a top-notch luxury train in the country connecting important tourist destinations in states of Goa and Karnataka. This famous train was named after Vitthala temple’s Stone chariot at Hampi.
The train showcases beautiful architecture of mythological motifs with body of the lion or head of elephant.
